Account and Data Deletion (AROA Patterns)

This page explains how to request deletion of your AROA Patterns account and the data associated with it.

How to delete your account

Option A — in the app

Open the AROA Patterns app.

Go to: Account / My Profile → Delete account.

Confirm deletion.

Option B — on the website

Sign in at aroa-patterns.com.

Go to: Account / My Profile.

Click Delete account and confirm.

Option C — support request

If you do not have access to the app/site, send an account deletion request via the form on the website (or in the app).

In your request, include:

the email/login linked to the account;

the phrase: Please delete my AROA Patterns account.

Data we delete

After deletion is confirmed, we delete (or anonymize) the following data associated with your account:

profile data (name/username, contact details if provided);

saved measurements and user settings;

saved projects/patterns (if stored in your account);

authentication identifiers (sessions/tokens).

Data we may retain

We may retain certain data where required or permitted, for example:

legal compliance (e.g., accounting/tax);

security and fraud prevention;

payment disputes/chargebacks (where applicable).

Examples of data that may be retained for a limited time:

payment records/invoices;

technical logs (without content of personal data where possible).

Deletion timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Full deletion/cleanup may take up to 30 days, including backups.
