AROA Patterns Affiliate Program Terms

The program is operated by Oleg Gordiushenkov s.p., sole proprietor (samostojni podjetnik, s.p.) registered in Slovenia, Cesnjica 12, 1261 Ljubljana, Slovenia (the “Operator”, “we”).

1. Scope

1.1. These Terms govern the AROA Patterns affiliate program (the “Program”) for people who recommend the AROA Patterns website and app (the “Service”) and earn a commission for it (each a “Partner”).

1.2. You can take part only after accepting these Terms — when you apply on the website or when the Operator connects you by invitation. You become a Partner once your application is approved or the Operator connects you.

1.3. The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy also apply. For Program matters, these Terms prevail.

2. Referral link and attribution

2.1. Each Partner receives a personal referral link. A visit through it counts for 30 days — if the visitor has agreed to affiliate program cookies (the aroa_ref cookie).

2.2. If a visitor followed links of several Partners before registering, the last click counts.

2.3. A new user who registers on the website within 30 days of following the link is attributed to the Partner. Users who already have an account are not attributed by a later click.

2.4. Attribution lasts 12 calendar months from the user’s first registration. Deleting the account and registering again neither extends this period nor moves the user to another Partner.

3. Commission

3.1. The commission is 20% of the amount of each paid purchase an attributed user makes on the website during the attribution period. Free and trial orders and purchases in the mobile app do not earn a commission.

3.2. A partial refund reduces the commission in proportion to the refunded amount; a full refund cancels it.

3.3. Each commission is subject to a 14-day waiting period in case the purchase is refunded. With monthly payouts, commissions for purchases paid during a calendar month are combined into the payout for that month. The amount available for the previous calendar month is paid after the 15th of the following month, provided the minimum payout amount is reached.

3.4. With payouts by agreement, an individual commission can be included in a payout once its 14-day waiting period has ended.

3.5. Commissions and their status are shown in the Partner program section of your account.

4. Payouts

4.1. Payouts are made monthly or by agreement with the Partner, in euros (EUR) or roubles (RUB). Currency and frequency are agreed after the Partner is connected.

4.2. The minimum payout is the equivalent of EUR 10. Smaller amounts carry over to the next period.

4.3. If commissions were earned in different currencies, the exchange rate is fixed when the payout is created and does not change afterwards.

4.4. The Operator makes each transfer manually to payment details the Partner provides to the Operator separately. Payment details are not collected through the application form.

4.5. Each Partner is responsible for their own tax obligations on the commissions received.

5. Free patterns for Partners

5.1. At its discretion, the Operator may give a Partner free patterns — to get to know the Service and to prepare content.

5.2. Free patterns are not money, cannot be exchanged for money and are not paid out. They can be used while the Partner’s participation is active.

6. Promotion rules

6.1. Partners must clearly disclose the commercial nature of any content that contains their referral link, as required by the advertising laws that apply to them and by the rules of the platform where the content is published.

6.2. The following is prohibited:

— using your own link to register or buy (self-referral), including through other accounts;

— artificial registrations or purchases, bots and any other form of fraud;

— setting the cookie without the visitor clicking the link (cookie stuffing), hiding or disguising links, or misleading people about where a link leads;

— spam, and posting the link where the platform’s rules do not allow it;

— presenting yourself as AROA Patterns, as an official AROA account or as AROA staff;

— false or unverified claims about the Service, its features, prices or results.

6.3. The AROA Patterns name, logo and materials may be used only to recommend the Service within the Program.

7. Suspension and termination

7.1. The Operator may suspend or end a Partner’s participation if these Terms are breached. Commissions resulting from a breach are cancelled.

7.2. A Partner may leave the Program at any time by writing to the Operator.

7.3. Valid commissions earned without a breach before participation ends are paid out under section 4.

8. Personal data

8.1. For the Program we process your application data (name or brand, your account email, public profiles), attribution data without disclosing attributed users’ personal data to the Partner, and the history of commissions and payouts. See the Privacy Policy.

8.2. Attribution, commission and payout records are kept as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and the parties’ obligations.

9. Changes, termination and governing law

9.1. The Operator may at any time change these Terms, the commission rate, the rules for earning commissions, the payout procedure and other parameters of the Program, and may suspend or end the Program.

9.2. Changes take effect when a new version of these Terms is published on this page and apply only going forward. Valid commissions earned before a change takes effect are not reduced.

9.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, unless mandatory law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
